The MPL Association engages with Congress on numerous issues of importance to the medical professional liability (MPL) community, including medical liability reform, antitrust reform, and cybersecurity/data privacy.

The Association also engages with federal departments and agencies on several critical issues, including Medicare mandatory reporting requirements, NPDB mandatory physician closed-claim reporting requirements, updates to HIPAA rules, and more.
