MPL Association Names Eric Anderson President and CEO
(Rockville, MD, November 19, 2025)—The Medical Professional Liability Association (MPL Association) today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Eric Anderson as President and Chief Executive Officer of the MPL Association, effective immediately. The MPL Association is the leading trade association representing the medical professional liability insurance community.
Anderson has been serving as Interim President and CEO since March 2024. While Interim CEO, he maintained his position as Vice President of Strategy and Operations, a role he has held since early 2022. He previously spent 13 years overseeing the communications, public relations, and marketing functions of the MPL Association, also serving as the organization’s Treasurer. Anderson’s prior industry experience includes three years as Vice President of Communications and Customer Experience for NORCAL Group and 13 years with NCRIC Group in roles in the areas of marketing, investor relations, and corporate communications.
